Airolit, a forward-thinking company specializing in advanced drone solutions for defense and security, is looking for a Country Manager to lead its expansion in Finland and the Baltics.
About the Role
As Country Manager, you will play a key role in driving Airolit’s market presence in Finland and the Baltics, focusing on promoting our state-of-the-art drone technology. You will develop strategic partnerships, lead sales efforts, and establish Airolit as a trusted provider of innovative drone solutions tailored for defense, security, and other critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to position Airolit’s drone solutions as market leaders in Finland and the Baltics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with defense organizations, government agencies, and private sector clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the defense and security sectors, as well as other industries requiring advanced drone capabilities.
- Lead and oversee operations, ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory requirements, positioning Airolit as a trusted, compliant provider of drone technology.
What We're Looking For
- Sales Leadership: Proven success in business development and sales, preferably in defense, technology, or drone-related industries.
- Technical Aptitude: A technical background or the ability to quickly understand complex technologies to address customer needs effectively. Experience in drone technology is a plus but not required.
- Industry Network: Strong connections within the defense, government, and security sectors in Finland and the Baltics.
