The Position

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Coordinator to manage and execute the daily tasks that keep our supply chain and logistics running smoothly. This role is focused on operational execution and delivering tangible results every day.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Execution

• Communicate directly with suppliers to place orders and confirm delivery schedules.
• Handle routine supplier evaluations and ensure timely follow-ups on deliveries.
• Track costs and recommend adjustments to improve procurement efficiency.

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate shipments with logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage transport schedules and resolve delivery issues as they arise.
• Work with internal teams to ensure products are ready for shipment on time.

Operational Support

• Support production teams with material availability and logistics planning.
• Work directly in production to assist with product assembly and testing as needed.
• Provide daily updates on stock levels and supply chain statuses.
• Handle urgent operational tasks to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  

Warehouse Operations

• Manage daily activities such as receiving shipments, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring timely picking, packing, and deliveries.
• Maintain an organized warehouse environment and oversee stock handling processes.
• Address operational issues to ensure smooth workflow.
  

Inventory Management

• Taking full ownership of planning and executing purchase orders based on sales and stock level analysis. 
• This includes optimizing stock levels to prevent overstocking and understocking, ensuring efficient supply chain flow.
  

Your Profile

Must-Haves

• Hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
